Even if you purchase them together, i would submit the rebates separately, unless something changed from the last rebate. I only received one of two rebates initially and it took months of back and forth to get the second one.
Also, on the rebate form it states: Customers can get one cup for every five quarts purchased.

So, I'm also just taking it as an additional cost of running which is still a lot cheaper than replacing either the car or even the engine. A deal like this definitely helps.
