Positives:
Uses SODIMMs, so it's upgradable.
Zen 4 / RDNA 3, so it's not outdated like the older Zen 1/2 w/ Vega APUs floating around. AMD is still committed to supporting RDNA 3, so you'll have better driver support for the GPU when compared to Vega, which AMD only supports as a legacy product.
760m, while not a powerhouse, is a respectable iGPU. In the worst configured systems, it's on par with the 680m, and in fast RAM situations, it can be up to 25% faster depending on the game. RAM speeds and configs (Dual vs Single Channel) make a big difference here, so avoid crappy slow RAM, and always pair your SODIMMs for dual channel if you value graphics performance. You should be able to do some entry level gaming on this PC, and it will work reasonably well as an emulator box.
7640HS matches the 7735HS in multithreading despite a 6 core vs 8 core advantage for the 7735HS, and beats in in single threading by an average of 12%. That's the advantage of Zen 4 vs Zen 3+.
USB-4 port on the front is capable of connecting an offboard GPU, if that's important to you. Unfortunately, no USB-4 in the back.
Neutral / Informational:
BOSGAME appears to be a sub brand of Minisforum, which is owned by Shenzhen Meigao Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. It's hard to establish this definitively, but I've seen a few references claiming this.
The RAM goes for $90-$105 on eBay, and a 512GB NVMe drive will run you ~$50-$55 on eBay as well. Subtracting those two from the total puts the remaining mini at around $200, which is a decent deal for a 6 core Zen 4 mini with Windows 11 Pro.
Negatives:
There are some reports of BOSGAME minis shipping with malware, particularly sold on Amazon. As with all Chinese minis, you should immeadiately install a fresh copy of Windows to avoid potential malware. Yes, we all know there are no guarantees the BIOS will be free of malware too.
The RAM is slower than average at 4800MT/s vs 5600MT/s you'll usually find in better equipped minis. This will impact performance, particularly the iGPU.
The RAM is in a 2x8GB configuration, which is good for dual channel, but you won't be able to buy an additional 16GB SODIMM to bring it up to 32GB, you'll have to buy 2. This is less of a problem if you're wanting to install a faster 2x16GB DDR5 5600 kit, which it reportedly supports.
You could do worse I guess. The Zen 4 8-core (7840HS, 8745HS, H225, etc) Minis are jumping in price, leaving just 6 core Zen 4 and 8 core Zen 2/3 products. I won't even talk about Zen 5 minis, as those are increasingly priced at a big premium, especially the 8-core models. This DRAM / NAND bubble is showing no signs of ending. I'm afraid we may see modern CPUs get hoovered up just like DRAM and NAND, resulting in prices for those spiking too.
I hate that this is about as close to a deal for a desktop mini as I've seen posted on Slickdeals lately. It's getting to the point I'd almost just recommend waiting for an open-box Mac Mini at Best Buy, or direct from Apple when they eventually restock their official refurbs. This is a bad year to buy a new PC.

Honestly, its fine for light gaming too. I play Roblox and Minecraft with my kids, and now that Civilization 7 is on the Apple Arcade I have been playing through that. For light gaming it's perfect.
If the very specific games you wish to play are Mac compatible, go right ahead, you'll be happy with how they play, as long as there is a compatible port. You'll find quite a few big releases like Roblox and Minecraft you mentioned have Mac ports, but very few publishers bother to port games to Mac. The development costs are just too large to have access to what amounts to less than 10% of the global PC market. That demographic also tends to play less games, cementing the reasons why Macs aren't considered good for gaming.
