Costco members can now unlock exclusive T-Mobile perks entirely online without ever needing to visit a physical warehouse location. By simply routing through the T-Mobile landing page on Costco's website and logging in, members automatically gain access to excellent benefits, most notably the waiving of T-Mobile's standard $35 Device Connection Charge on new lines and upgrades. Where do I get support on a missing $100 upgrade Costco card? I upgraded in-store in November and still haven't gotten it via email or directly in my costco account. Is that an in-store question?

go to promotions . t-mobile . com , scroll down to bottom where it says check submission status and login using your tmobile account. it should show you status

The trade in values are much low online. For example, When i try trade in my old Samsung s22 ultra, it says trade in value is 150$ online but when i went to costco tmobile store last week, they said it qualifies for full 1100$ credit

Yeah, it was "not found" there. I just got off the phone with the right department at T-mo and they see it in the system and claim Costco is still working on it :-/

don't get this. they have had this for a while. not to mention if you click on "upgrade" it taks you to a page with a phone number to call.

3 out of 4 phones on my account are getting free upgrades but the 4th one is only getting $400 off even tho it says full $825 credit for the phone on the trade-in page. I will be calling them later this week to check further.

Has anyone upgraded via the website? How has your experience been?
