Dad's shovel is $2.09. Considering for hubby... We have ice cream almost every night, so this would be something else I would have to wash every night along with his espresso implements. LOL

If you're too young then I'm too old because I don't get it either. I don't understand the deal in a $4 less-ergonomic spoon and would love to know. I think it's a gag gift.

I'm so confused. Maybe I'm too young to understand?

It's a shovel for ice cream? Like a gag gift?

For the moms who have everything, a special heart-felt gift. Nothing says "I love you" like an ice cream shovel

I got a handful of these for well under a dollar each on eBay by winning/sniping auctions with little or no bidders.

The ones I got are the same with no writing on them.

Be warned they are ultra thin and rather flimsy.

I used one in a sugar bowl.

Well, I was totally stumped for selecting a Mother's Day gift for my wife until I saw this. I just couldn't make up my mind over flowers, candy, jewelry, fancy restaurant, etc.

It would be actually kind of funny if it was at least a rather large "spoon" shaped like a shovel. But I got something like this that said "cereal killer" and it jokingly small. It would hold. Maybe 2 Cheerios and a drop of milk.
