The TEG-7124WS is fairly similar from a specifications standpoint, but has four fewer SFP+ ports and the web management interface and some of the features will have some minor differences.

If on the other hand you're someone who is both budget-conscious, want multi-gig speeds, support for copper RJ-45 connectors out of the box and more 10Gb ports than what the ICX 7150 series offers, some manageability but aren't picky about how good the command line is and would also like to manage it through a GUI, there are vendors that provide solutions like that besides QNAP and TRENDnet. Keep your eyes open for them as used items where you can sometimes find them well under $200. Vendors like Netgear, D-Link, and Zyxel all fall under that category. Not enterprise-grade in terms of features, but typically they don't have too many fans and won't run them so loud you can't use them in a home or small office. And on some of them, you can replace the fans with quieter ones, but you'll need to research since sometimes the fans have non-standard connectors and could require custom wiring (and opening up the switch and replacing the fan with a third-party one will most likely void the warranty). In a Zyxel XS1930-10 you'll find a Y.S.TECH FD124020EB-N 12V 0.17A 40mm x 20mm fan with a standard 3-pin header. Max fan speed is 8900 RPM but Zyxel doesn't run it that fast if it doesn't need to. You could try replacing it with the Noctua NF-A4x20 FLX which has a max speed of 5000 RPM and is a premium fan that runs quieter. Airflow in the XS1930-10 is right to left, so if you do rack mount it, you might want to take that into account (QNAP QSW-M3216R-8S8T is front to back as are most switches, though some enterprise switches are back to front depending on the model). Some options to consider.
I don't think there is a one-size fits all perfect switch for everyone, just different kinds of compromises.
