Can't speak for this model but I have a Timex Weekender and it's pretty loud. I wouldn't want it by my bedside while I sleep.

I find this to be the case as well. I suppose if you're in a completely silent room and try real hard you can hear it maybe.

I still have my old Timex Titanium around here someplace. I like the look of this one. I'd buy this, but I find I like my smartwatch 99% of the time. The Titanium still works. I'd pull it out if I need too.

These were great field watches before the AliExpress sweeping second Seiko quartz ones took over. You can get a much more robust one with sapphire glass and 100-200m+ WR with a battery powered sweep second for roughly the same cost now.
