My Battle.net account with 2 COD games got permanent banned due to 'CHEATING'. Got email that I cheated which is NOT tolerated. I played only single campaigns never played online (never even downloaded installed multiplater optional contents). How could I cheat if I DID NOT use any mods and played only single player missions? Created forum account and appealed stating my above. @ days later some GameMaster (i'm sure auto bot) replied cheating is not allowed so my case is permanent banned. Checked with Activision opening another support account and they replied my account does not show any hacked password cheated so they cannot help. So my 2 legally purchased game of substantial value stays permanent ban. Piurchased in Steam now and they are good for a year now.
Do a search with Battle.net accounts being banned and you will understand I am not the only agonized buyer.
