Make sure you're using the app and go all the way to the end. This is after the yellow/orange Amazon Pay button until you get to the green Place Order page.
Also for everyone crying about giving money to a souless corporation when there's alternatives please let the rest of us know where you can get 1TB per person up to 6TB at $6.75 a month.
PS: I just tried to add 3 copies and it only gave me a $20 discount but when I dropped it to 2 it gave me the full $18 discount. You might need to do multiple orders if you want to stack more than 2 years.

There are so many alternatives to this that unless you 100% need office only features (which most exist everywhere now), you can likely get by with Google Docs (another tech monster owned project) or Open Office (open source alt)
Quote from BoastfulCrowd949 :
OpenOffice and LibreOffice are great in a pinch, but they still crash way too frequently to be serious competitors to Microsoft and Google Docs.
LibreOffice is decent. However, its interface is awkward (yes they have tabbed it still is a mess) and it has occasional quirks with formatting (for example, autoformatted tables constantly had weird issues).

OnlyOffice has a lot better interface than LibreOffice however it is not as feature rich.

If you can get a great deal on MS Office it still is far superior to both -- just for the 1tb cloud storage its a fabulous deal.

For most users, I would suggest OnlyOffice over LibreOffice.
(probably why the EU decided to fork OnlyOffice to make EuroOffice which is coming out this summer)

Yes. Last bullet in the description:

NOTE: this product can be used to extend an existing subscription.
Confirmed; I do this all the time to tack on to my existing subscription and avoid the autorenewal increased price!

Don't forget the trick!!! You all are doing it wrong!!

Step 1: Buy 3-4 PERSONAL 365 Microsoft 1 year plans. Add to account ( Microsoft365.com/setup). Be sure your account isn't linked to a best buy or amazon or other 3rd party. Do not go over 4 years. I got my for $50 each.

Step 2: Then an offer from Microsoft for Premium family (advanced ai) will generate for $99 a year (instead of $199) on subscription page. Before you add, paypal has an offer for 20% off at Microsoft - add offer.

Step 3:
Use Microsoft link on subscription page to upgrade to Premium family for $99 and pay using paypal.

*** Congratulations - Your PERSONAL plan is now PREMIUM FAMILY for a heavy discount for next 5 years.

All in it will cost $50/$50/$50/$50/$80. $280 for 5 year. That is $56 a year for Premium family. My renewal billing says $199 a year starting May 1, 2031.

how many years can you stack? I've got an education Home Use discount (or whatever they call it now) at $91/yr but wouldn't mind stacking a few more years in case I stop coaching and lose the home use discount.
4.5 years for some odd reason. But license keys do not expire, so if you find a great deal you can save the license to re-up the account later.

Are you saying you can add a personal plan to an already existing family plan? Or is this for new customers only?

You have to let your plan expire or start a new plan for this to work. I let mine (family) expire last week. Then did this. I had a friend who did 4 years and got Microsoft to add his 9 months from the old Family plan onto newly "created" plan.
My old plan was under that BestBuy nonsense but it was from a SD offer to where I got Personal codes for $9. Went to every Best Buy and bought up many of these $9 packages (mouse/code/webroot antivirus). YMMV.

If you let it expire, do you lose all your cloud data?
