Aluminum is bad.. mmmkay? Find a good deodorant without that is best.. I use Schmidts, and it may need a second application depending on how much you sweat throughout the day, but overall pit health is so much better, unfortunately its getting harder to find as its inferior competitor Native has replaced it on many shelves.

Interesting, as I've found Native spray to be better than Schmidts.
