FYI this is rather puny in size, but it blows above its weight. Also the 40V battery could power it for hours, probably easily 24+ hours at full charge. great if you have old 40V batteries that is no longer at its best performance for actual work.

I'm going to have to check on this at my local Home Depot. I have a couple of their 18v fans but no 40v. I do have a bunch of 40v batteries for yard tools.

I've found that this small fan, or its 18 volt cousin, are great for getting a fire going in a fire place. If you live in a place that still allows wood.

Used one of these to dry out our sink cabinet after a leak. Ran for over 24hrs on a battery (can't remember if it was 4ah or 6ah...)

I like it for staying cool in the garage. Does move more air than I expected.
