Thanks, guessing thru amazon, though you select the CC payment at checkout, it will auto-use NR credits first b4 charging your card.

So now I'm curious on the GP credits - how do you go about utilizing those for this deal? Are GP credits the same as a GP gift card balance (I've been wanting to use my GC balance on something soon)?

subscriptions via the Crunchyroll app can be paid with Google Play credits and Google Play credits can be earned from Google Opinion surveys. I generally earn at least $2 a month if not more.

Would do it if I can use my Amex plat credit I already have too bad. I refuse to pay for streaming service. Same with Netflix unless free I'm not touching. I'll go translation streaming

FYI you can connect Crunchyroll account with Amazon account so that even if you get subscription through Amazon you can watch on Crunchyroll website. This has a bug though; every time I re-subscribe through Amazon (these deals pop up several times a year) I have to contact Crunchyroll CS to reset the connection and reconnect again, otherwise it doesn't update my premium status in Crunchyroll.

Thanks, picked this up as I had exactly $6 in prime money. Although I see it expires Jun 15th... so guess my last month won't get paid for unless I fill up my promo money a bit.

Any difference with using crunchyroll through amazon vs linking to the actual crunchy roll site? Assume quality + features are equal?

If you plan on cancelling after the deal. Make sure you save a copy of the day you cancel and remove your card.

Some reason the system will renew it again after youve cancelled. They have a system called pausing and fully cancelling. Make sure you cancel/cancel if you pause it will only pause for a month then resume without your knowledge.

I got charged for a whole year though my invoice shows I cancelled it and the end day was on there. Bank refunded $120 back to my account.
