Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't want open box or pre owned earbuds. Over the ear headphones, sure. Ones that have gone into another ear is not for me.

mine had the previous owner claim it was stolen. they should at least wipe to factory settings before reselling

I got a pair of the white ones when they were 69 for open box excellent, they were def heavily used. Left side earbud was dieing hours before the right side one. Case was slow charging the left side earbud too. Third party earbud tips were included with mine as well. Far from open box "excellent" is what i'd say. I'm just glad best buy was actually offering $75 for them as a trade in for a giftcard as I didnt realized i only had 14 days to return them.

Ebay is full of scam listings nowadays from people selling items for 30% of retail price. Where the sellers have new accounts opened in the last month with 0 feedback.

I imagine. This is my second pair off Bestbuy and I can't be happier. No regrets. Don't want to pay $185 for Buds4 pro while I use them occasionally when flying etc.

mine were 'excellent' and did not come with a complete set of tips, and the paper that the tips came with genuinely looked like some one peed on it. It was crazy stained. I left a negative review on BB and returned them. Barely missed the deal on the AZ-100's and until I find something similar, I'll suffice with my 10 dollar BP1 Pro's. Which, open box, for 10 dollars, came with a full set of tips.

This is a relevant concern however the last pair I got (which was the Gen2) came with new tips. If they aren't included, you can buy upgraded tips such as comply for around 15 from amazon, which I ended up doing anyhow.

I have these and they compare to Air pods in quality. They are slightly better than gen2, but don't seem to stay in as well as gen 2. For $85 is a great deal, but not worth MSPR of 250.

idk why all the negative feedback. I own to pairs of them because I have enjoyed them so much. Battery life is solid, sound is great, and if you have a samsung phone, its a great addition. Just my 2 cents
