Bought one from Costco about a year ago for $1000, it has been awesome with no issues. I was able to install myself, but it does take some effort to have it mounted to the floor properly as it is not like a standard toilet. Additionally, you need to be able to wire an outlet correctly and the water connection can be a little tricky due to the shape of the toilet and how close to the wall it sits. All in all, I would buy again all day long for $1100, you get 90% of the super fancy ones at a fraction of the price and you have an actual company to deal with if you have issues vs the inexpensive Chinese ones you find on Amazon.
