Just a heads up for anyone considering this Kalorik air fryer, I can't speak specifically about this model, but I own another Kalorik product and have had a terrible experience trying to get any customer support. I've been unable to reach anyone by phone or email despite multiple attempts. If product support or warranty service matters to you, I'd recommend buying this air fryer at your own discretion.
