This looks like a great deal, anyone have comments? Finally a good one with enough ports from a reputable brand. Can this work as unmanaged, plug and play or do we have to manage it. I have no experience in managing vlans but very interested.

Like many/most Netgear deals it's cheaper to buy from netgear.com and use a 10% off code (eg SAVE10 or SUMMER). There's also AMEX and Citi Merchant offers ($15 and 4% back, respectively).
The OP seems to love creating new Netgear posts for Amazon every few days.
