I reckon it would be much more helpful to share links to those like-new/excellent refurbs for $649 via eBay.

Read the reviews. Some people get them in ok condition and others getting trashed examples.

Out of the 5 reviews of this particular product, 1 got it in questionable condition, another's stopped working after a few days; while 3 got it in like new condition.

try to buy from eBay, some of these products by default have 1 year or sometimes 2years Square Trade Warranty, for peace of mind. here at walmart, we have to buy for extra $89 for 3 years.

A better deal for the same model and spec but 16" instead of 14" from eBay with warranty. The deal was posted yesterday on SD. Just $10 more. https://slickdeals.net/f/19508190
