If you don't have to have a Ryobi, I bought a brushless pruner on Amazon a few years back that came with a case and two batteries for less money. I do a lot of pruning and these are really handy tools BUT, it is easy to go too fast, and if you're not careful lose a finger. When possible, keep one hand on the tool and your other hand in you pocket. I've seen similar tools on Amazon for ~$50 or so. YMMV
