DeWalt version has the handle flipped compared to the Irwin, with the moving part of the handle on the top rather than the bottom. Makes it much easier to use your foot.

These are great. I only have one. I've used it to jack up work benches to add casters and it worked perfectly. There are so many possible uses besides what is shown in the photos.

Foot pedal makes a HUGE difference when pushing the weight limits of the jacks. And yes, I own both.

When your back matters, every little convenience is a life saver. Get the Dewalt.

That's the only reason I'm holding out for the DeWalts. Would have bought some from Murdoch's or Bomgaars, but neither store ships to the world's 4th largest economy.

Here's just a couple things DeWalt are superior. Putting a door on its hinges, hood the door with your hands lift it into place with your foot, this alone I would pay full price for DeWalt over these. Second lifting an undermount sink into place, guide with your hands over sink using your foot on the jacks, used only 3 or four times but man it made it easier. Also DeWalt now has an adjustable arm (I have just cut old 4 by 4 to length and screwed it on the lift arm)

I have one. It's pretty solid I was holding up a metal gate with wood slats 10'x6'.
