We have a v8 which is still running fine. Have had to replace the battery twice.

It's a battery in your hand, understand you can't run it for an hour. I do about 800sft on the low setting and we have a dog

So glad my spouse had finally accepted that this is easier than the damn canister vac.

I just got a lemon refurb V15 from ebay. Trigger doesn't work properly (vacuum won't shut off when trigger is released). Getting refund has been a huge pain.

I alos have V8 and battery is dead in few minutes. Which battery did you buy, I didn't trust random ebay sellers.

V11 features big improvement over V10. V12 and higher perform around the same.
