From reading a few of the reviews, I think this is too good to be true. I'm afraid there will be too big of a drop in quality so Ill stick to my overnight method. Thanks for the post. Definitely intriguing and probably good for someone who doesn't drink very strong coffee, but I like my cold brew pretty strong. It's not a deal, but I use this one from Takeya and it has worked well for me. https://takeyausa.com/collections/cold-brew
