Valid - but I think that would be an openbox, not a brand new unit though

I got an Openbox 5080 laptop for $1720 before. bestbuy. The rest of the spec look pretty similar with RAM etc.

I have a very similar model to this with an i9 and the 5070. The machine does not struggle to run games at max settings especially when you put it on performance mode. I am really impressed with the 8gb 5070s on the laptops they're very efficient

This was the openbox I got once before. I've never seen a brand new one that the other guy said. openbox are pretty good and often looks brand new.

This is a good deal.

Downgrading to the ultra 7 and the 5060 for $250 might be a better deal though for 90% of people.

What I love about B&H is they pay the state tax using their Payboo card. That's an additional 8.5% savings for me.

Lol you kind person, appreciate you trying to respond for him
Based on my own research, the legion pound for pound tends to have better build quality. So I gravitated toward the legion when i bought my gaming laptop. I dont like openbox/used too
I was hoping that other gentlemen over there could back up his claim or at least let me see what/where he was talking

Oh ok lol. I did end up getting Legion 5090 full price $3200 or so with 64GB after. The only weird thing is Legion does not seem to have Hello Camera... I thought that would be a basic feature. Otherwise I though it's cooler looking, idk the full build quallty difference since I only had the HP Omen for like a week before I returned the openbox to get the Legion 5090 laptop.

Spec wise they were similar . All good Smilie

Would this be suitable for an everyday use work laptop that one can travel with?
