waste of money , i tried this for 2 years and my headlight still turn yellow... i bought the mcguire headlight restored, sand it back to crisp and clear.. put this stuff on and it still turn yellow ... repeated.... again 4 months later , same outcome , product is a waste ..

Maybe it was user error on your part. I mean the stuff literally has 4.5 out of 5 stars on nearly 15,000 global ratings. I used this product about a month ago so it'll take time to see if it works but so far so good. And for what it's worth I've always had good experiences with any Meguiar's branded product I've used. Lastly, this is a preventative product meant to be used on bran new lenses to be kept looking bran new, not to restore old nasty lenses. You really should read what the product is supposed to be used for before bashing it because you used it incorrectly. Sounds like your lenses already had an underlying problem and already yellowed once making them much easier to yellow again.

Explain the thousands of good reviews. You literally just said you revived old yellowed lenses by sanding them, then used this on top of that. This is not intended to revive old lenses. It's used as a preventative measure to keep brand new lenses looking new. Wanting a product to do something it says it doesn't do, then say it's crap because it doesn't is wild. It literally says this: Keep Clear Headlight Coating To Maintain Like-New Clarity

It sure does sound like you didn't use it as directed or intended to be used. It has a 4.5 out of 5 stars rating on nearly 15,000 global ratings. The overwhelming number of people that tried it, liked it. You are an outlier. On top of that, the way you just said you used it not the recommended way to use it. Next time try using it with brand new lenses like it says, then give a review.
