Wondering if any winners have received their prize yet? The only email I got from them was on 5/15 to fill out an electronic waiver for the prize but otherwise haven't heard anything.

Yes I was notified I was a winner on 5/14, it was mailed 5/19 and I received it 5/26. After you sent the wavier you should have got another email titled, "Congratulations – your May xxth Berry Sipport Form has been APPROVED". Fulfillment was done by Big Sky Fulfillment, sent via USPS.

Thanks and congrats! It might have landed on my SPAM folder but I never received a follow up email. I filled out the waiver again though it's probably too late.
