No, it won't go to the order review screen with < $10. No error messages, just loops back.

1) Sign into your account.
2) Add the item or items you want to buy.
3) Add ANYTHING else to hit $10 or more.
4) Proceed to checkout and enter your credit card info and "Continue to review."
5) Copy and paste link to a new window (doesn't need to be incognito)
6) Go BACK to delete the item(s) you don't want in the original window; go back to the "Continue to review" screen in the new window and proceed with checking out.

You boomers and your tech challenges are funny
The annoying thing is that the digital receipt that they emailed me doesn't have a "register number", so I just entered 0000 for that and I just have to hope that it works. If it doesn't no big deal, but lesson learned to not buy these deals in store next time...
To re-summarize, go through the flow on the site, then when they ask you to enter in receipt details:
- Use 0000 for the register number
- Rest of the details from the order details on walgreens.com
