I had to switch to the roasted collagen sticks

https://www.amazon.com/Pawstruck-...B0C6C5Z4PJ

because they would tare off when my bulldog got them wet in big chunks and get stuck in her throat. I also got a bone holder off of amazon that is a ring with a nylon bar through the middle. You just drill a hole in the base of the bone for the bar to go through, then I cut the 12" bones in half. It allows me to get 2 bones out of one and she can eat them all the way down without the last large chunk getting eatin at once

how come they don't make collagen sticks for humans? Too tough to chew?

I was just wondering that. Would probably be good for teeth, too!

If you need collagen, there are supplements. If you need to chew, there's gum.

Dogs are more limited in what's safe for them to gnaw and gnawing is an instinct for them.
Was your plan to watch TV after dinner and gnaw on a stick?

I wasn't 100% serious. It's a funny idea, a chew stick for people. But really,Gum is full of micro plastics, I'd rather get nutrients from food not pills. humans also like to chew on things...sounds good, dinner, dessert and a nice chew… actually it would be a good idea, a healthier substitute for plastic chewinggum

If it is the collagen you were referring to as "nutrients from food", people do get collagen from food instead of pills. Ask your Asian friends.

Stupid question, it is 5 pieces in one pack only right? Not 5 separate packs for sale?

Does anybody know if it's made in America or is it from some foreign country?
