I had a bad experience trying to buy renewed apple watch thru Amazon. The third party seller was selling watches that were good cosmetically but had abysmal battery quality. Luckily, Amazon returns are pretty easy even with the 3rd party seller. Ended up just buying a new one after returning two of the renewed ones. Here's hoping whomever buys these will not have battery headaches and regret, or return difficulties.

I did that with a free line that I have with T-Mobile and connected my iPad pro. It's should be the same. I'm also saving $10 a month because of the conversion
