Those are budget/hobbyist brand meters. This Hioki is comparable to the Fluke 117.

Hioki is the Japanese version of Fluke. If you know and appreciate anything Japanese, you'll know that most of the time the Japanese makes great stuff.

I agree.
I have two Yokogawa scopes and a Kikusui scope that are accurate and reliable. I wouldn't trade them for anything in their price class.
I don't think the Hioki model is as good as a 117, and I am not a Fluke zealot beyond having enjoyed a lot of reliability and durability with Fluke meters I use in the field. The model is better than Kaiweets and other China copycat brands, but, at least in my view, not worth the price difference. I could be wrong.
