With a load connected (i.e., the panel is powering something), the current will increase and it's voltage will decrease below VOC.

I bought a set of 12 panels from them on Ebay for $800 making these about $67 each.
The reason I'm particular about these panels is that 4 of these will fit the Eco W solar rack.
A lot of 200w are too wide for 4 to these on these racks.
I then just bought 4 more and another solar rack for $380. The rack is $100 so essentially 4 for $280 making them $70 each.
I have 16 of them running 8 in series x2.
The working voltage should be around 144v running 8 of them in series but my mppt I showing around 128v.
These panels will absolutely do their rated 195w. During the colder months, it will peak beyond 195w easily.
My 16 panels are rated for 3120w and even now in the hot summer hot, it will run consistently >2500w which is >80%.
If you know anything about panels, over 80% is fantastic.
I have a 300w topcon n-type from them and in the cold winter month, it will barely peak at 270w.
If you know anything about topcon panels, it should peak easily over the rated watts.
Every single topcon panels I have had has gone over their rated wattage except for the bougerv 300w.
Considering they are selling the 300w for over $300, its total overpriced garbage.
