I suppose the upside is that's it's only gone up a dollar in two years.

Problem where ??
Just order another round when they bring your current round.
Bring a group of buddies and diversify your orders. Each person will get to try a diff type and be merry and jovial.
Guaranteed recipe for a good time!
Maybe they wanted them Dino Shaped?
Valid!!
Edit: I'm so glad you came out of 22-year hibernation to contribute that wonderful nugget of humour. Repped and respect

All and all, it was a good deal, save for one thing. The food was terrible. Just awful.
The chicken was enrobed in a thick flavorless batter. The garlic Parmesan sauce was ok and I did like that there were actually large flakes of Parmesan. But the chicken was actually a chore to eat. Sadly, it was a full portion as it was my first selection.
The shrimp was like just about any fried shrimp at any budget restaurant. Harmlessly unremarkable.
The riblets with the sweet Asian chili (oddly spelled Chile on their page) sauce were reminiscent of warm, gooey, teriyaki-ish beef jerky.
The fries reminded me of the awful fries from my high school cafeteria. The coleslaw was inoffensively bland.
I was not expecting fine dining. I was not even expecting it to be better than middle of the road. I set the bar low and Applebees valiantly slid cleanly underneath it. I said to myself "It's only $15, how disappointed can I be?". Well friends, the answer is "very".
The poster above who said that Golden Corral is a better idea is spot on. The price is about the same and the quality and variety of the food is an order of magnitude better. And Golden Corral is not great food by any stretch of the imagination.
Don't do it. Spent that $15 elsewhere.
