Anyone know how these would compare to an LG B series OLED?
This smashes the B series. It's a competitor to the C series. It's basically a slightly less bright C series with WAY better sound (best I've heard on a TV ever tbh), better motion processing/upscaling (on par with Sony), better eARC compatibility (I had several issues with my B4, B5, and C4 that do not exist on the panasonic) and HDR10+ support.

Just got this setup over the weekend and it's nice for the price. I was between this and the LG C series. From what I understand is a C series panel, just not as bright.
As for the build, it's bulky but it's because it's built like tank. Not cheap in the slightest. Due to that, it's very heavy.
The sound is the best out there for built in sound. I have a 5.1 setup as well, so not as huge for me, however very good if it's your sound source.
Fire TV is ok, there is no lag, so I'm willing to roll with it
***Forgot to add this will do both Dolby Vision and HDR10+.

It's crazy but when im watching this tv, I dont notice its side profile. The picture looks so good that I guess I just prefer actually staring at the screen instead of the back or side.

I was thinking that when reading the comments. Looks like a great panel for the price if you can stomach being under Amazon surveillance but this is coming from someone who uses Alexa.

Just use an external box and don't connect it to the internet.

This thing weighs almost as much as an old Panasonic plasma, and looks like it was designed in 2011. It's a B5 with better processing. And it has a giant built in soundbar (which is why it's so chonky).

Once panasonic catches up on aesthetics and ditches the useless soundbar they'll be in a good spot. Or LG could just steal their processing.

Useless? It is nice to have good built-in sound which doesn't require purchasing additional equipment. I have an older LG 65" c series which has very nice built-in speakers. I often don't bother with my HT setup as the speakers are great on their own. This one seems to have an even better built in system.
