Same in Orlando. Easy to put up and works great, just wish there was a wall holder for a remote.

I installed it on the 28" model remote which I think is very similar or possibly the same as this. One madnet on the back is all that's needed. Attaches to a painted wall pretty nicely too. The cradle holders were so expensive at $8 and this was 6 for $10. Made sense for my 3 fan remotes.
