You'll appreciate the 1:1 ratio cable which means you put on 50lbs of weights and feel the 50lbs of resistance. A 2:1 ratio cable means you have to put on 100lbs to feel the same 50lbs of resistance. I have progressed to 170lb Lat pull down, so a 2:1 ratio cable means I would have to buy more weight plates and load a whopping 340lbs to feel the same 170lbs on the F4 v2.0 1:1 cable. I have no limitation of the length of pull with this 1:1 ratio cable set up. It is smooth, quiet, and stable too.
F4 v2.0 has 2-inch spacing between the 1-inch holes, which is better than touted TEMU racks with 4-inch spacing, for adjusting proper height of J-hooks and safety bars.
This also includes the needed lap-brace for the Lat pull downs, which alone will cost about $100 or more as an added accessory purchase for racks without one included.
You can use a fixed-eye pully, about 7 feet of rope, two D-ring handles to create a poor man's functional trainer attached to either Lat (high) or Row (low) pull cable points. I did that and it works well for my needs.

The safety bars have plastic covers on one end. I removed the plastic handle to discover there are holes perfectly intended for placing a safety pin to prevent them from sliding out. I just put the plastic handles on the other end and use those holes with safety pins I am not using for the band braces.
