Once you've played modern JRPGs, it's hard to go back to these older games. Not that they aren't masterpieces, but the lack of QoL sucks...particularly not having overworld encounters. I love being able to explore and pick the battles I want to engage in.

This literally comes with QoL updates that allow you to customize random encounters and such.
