It is not a 300w panel.
Rvpozwer sells a 220w HPBC panel that looks exactly like the one is picture and exact same size.
No way one can be 220w and one can be 300w with the same size.
I looked at the 300w spec sheet and it's listed VMP at 18.08 and the Imp at 13.59 which only 245w.

Probably NOT N-Type as it is 10 buss bar and almost everyone else's N-Type is 18 bus bars.
