Own one. (T30s ai)
The app, sucks. Constantly having to remap the house, if pressing the buttons from a disruption to continue - will change the cleaning style mid run to mop and vac, even on carpet. Reached out to ecovacs on this issue several times and their answer is "if you dont want it to mop, take off the mopping plates" playing deaf to "I do want it to mop, after it vacuums, like I selected"
It is also very wasteful with cleaning and drying the mopping pads on vacuum only runs, met with the same response from Ecovacs.
So, your automatic mopping schedule requires constant intervention unless you have no intention on mopping, which counters the main points on this model as it was boasted with auto mop cleaning, gallon size resivoir, and AI stain detection which would remop up to three times on a visable stain (yet to see work, has to be switched to ai full auto mode, runs whenever it pleases - yeah... 3 and 4 am included.)

Have one of this and 3 other ecovacs and have none of those issues that you mention.
The one in the garage picks up all sorts of crap and gets stuck but this one in the basement runs just fine for me.
