Can the battery be "disconnected" and be used at home as a primary router? Then reconnect the battery when we take it on road trips?

Maybe that will help increase the lifespan of the battery when it's not needed.

Most modern devices, will leave the battery alone once it's fully charged, and run off the DC input.

I have the same router but not battery and I use a T-Mobile tablet 10 dollar sim I got during 2022-2024. Set TTL to 65 and it makes it look like on device data. I don't have a smart phone sim from T-mobile nor do I have the THI sim since I have this solution already.
