I think it would look better with a swapped pick guard. But, it's not awful. Something different than the usual black, white, cream, or burst.

lot's of clearance/discontinued items currently on Musician's friend. Looks like there's an additional $10 off coupon currently on the Musician's Friend ebay page. I ordered a ukulele through ebay for the added buyer protection

Also, Guitar Center owns Musican's Friend and Music Arts. Looks like the 3 ebay listings are pulling from the same inventory between the 3 'companies'

Looks like you can return Musican's Friend items to Guitar Centers as well. Good if you don't end up liking something after getting it in the mail

Would like to see an S2 studio standard in this style. The current ones are a different animal style wise from the SEs

I'm guessing the silver sky S style would cramp on the PRS Cores though

Didn't realize you can return MF purchases to GC - are you 100% sure on this? If so, I wonder if this is a newer policy they've implemented.

It's a good deal. But I'd rather pay the extra $100 for one of the other colors.

I bought this last fall when PRS had a sale but this is a bargain. Beautiful guitar and great playability. I actually love the sage green.

I chatted online with a rep at guitar center today before buying this at musicians friend. First was trying to price match so I could return to GC in store if I hated it. But for whatever reason, he couldn't get that to work. I asked about returning it to GC if I ordered from MF. I was told that was a no-go but that if I found anything to be wrong with the guitar, that MF would pay return shipping.

I accidentally replied to this comment twice. Just see above.

I'm going to assume this second response from you is a duplicate but updated post and that returns (of MF purchases) to GC are simply not allowed.

Unless they changed policy in the past couple of months, no, you cannot return it to Guitar Center. You can return it to Musician's Friend but it incurs a cost (shipping) if there's nothing wrong w/ it.
