Any chance we'll get a deal at 2100 or maybe slightly lower just before the world cup? Or is this "memorial Day pricing" which means likely not?

I get what you're asking but you're going to wait to save $100? That deal may never come but I respect you for waiting. I'm hoping on it now, I procrastinated the deal last time and missed it.

Just don't use it then. The TV and free mounting is the real deal, the sling is just crap they throw in.

You may also be able to sell it, not sure if it arrives as a code or is tied to your email address already. Worth looking into at least.

Costco/Sams/Bjs have to join the party on this. Costco seems out of stock . Best Buy just dropped , so others will. Better buy from stores with better experience.

No one knows what sales will happen before and during the WC lol. They could very well be all sold out by then and other tv's may be on sale. This is last year's model we're discussing. Nothing wrong with waiting but if this is the TV you want at best you save 100-200 bucks. If that's worth it to you wait.

I tried to get this deal last week, but missed it by a few mins. I got it this time. About $60 more, but no biggie.

For those waiting to get it even lower, sure it could happen, but often they just sell out of their last year inventory completely and you're only option is waiting on a deal for the C6 in a year.

C5 is plenty bright, even with all the lights on. G5 will still destroy it in a bright room, but the price difference and thickness of the TV is significant.
