Probably some random sellita or other off-the-shelf ETA movement. Hell, Invicta had a period where they used a "Swiss automatic movement" and those were cheap junk, like these watches.

I'm curious to know that movements is inside, with that being said, for that price you can get a real watch brand like Seiko, Citizen, Tissot, plenty of options for that price range, Citizen Tsuyosa, Zenshing are beautiful, Seiko GMT's, Seiko Presage, Tissot Carson.
