I bought the Yoleo bench deal that was posted last week and I regret it. The bench is lightweight, the padding is minimal, and the gap between the two pieces of padding is so large that it makes it impossible to comfortably use the bench for some exercises. Basically, I got duped into buying a total piece of garbage. I encourage you not to make the same mistake I made.

People try to humble-brag re how big and strong they are... If you are a beginner, this (or pretty much any semi-decent bench) will be good enough for the first 1 or 2 years of your body building journey. Arnold became Mr. Olympia training on worse equipment.

If you do plyometric training, you probably want to use plyo boxes anyway, not a bench.

I disagree, I have tried multiple cheap benches and this one honestly felt great to get some flat bench work in for the cost. The padding felt firm but not uncomfortable. I don't know, to each is own I guess but I'm literally on here to let beginner folks know this is a good deal. If you benching like 4 plates + then maybe this one won't be your cup of tea, but me being 280 and repping 225 on this bench, the bench stayed completely still and felt like a gym bench pad-wise (Haven't tried decline or incline yet, but will update more on that later today). Difference of opinion for sure on comfort, but any beginner 5'11 and down can purchase this with ease to start a new set-up I feel.

I bought this bench last month off this deal and it is definitely worth it. It feels like a commercial gym bench with the height of the seat being low to allow more leg drive and it bares my weight (280) + the 225 i was repping. I didn't hear no creaking or feel any wobbling from it when i was using it and it is pretty darn sturdy. I wouldn't trust that max load they said on the label for sure, but i feel like it could hold 600 lbs with how sturdy it felt with me repping what i was.

It's shorter than commercial gym benches but I had no problem fitting on it and I'm just a inch shorter than you at 5'11. I only attempted flat bench so far though and can give you more incite later today when i try some incline.

I have been using this at-home bench for several months now. It isn't terrible, but it also isn't great. I am 6'1" 200lbs. I use it mainly for incline curls, chest press and incline press. When I do the incline exercises my head is much more over the top of the bench than with a fuller size bench. I also cannot perform spyder curls with this bench.

The bench's padding is limited, but you're also buying a $60 bench. So put things into perspective. The folding feature is nice. It doesn't take up alot of space. For $60 it's not bad at all.
