This propane blow torch stands out as a strong fire starter for fire pits, BBQs, bonfires, smokers, and burn barrels, with a very strong flame that also works for sous vide and crème brûlée. The build feels solid and the grip is comfortable, and the coupon code has repeatedly brought the price down when it applies. The main caveats are reliability and usability, since the igniter can be fickle, some units have failed or arrived as used returns, and the flame can be too big, wasteful, or awkward for indoor kitchen use. It seems best suited to outdoor jobs and quick ignition tasks.
The torch can start a firepit quickly and produce a strong flame for ignition tasks.
The promo code experience can be workable when checkout steps are followed carefully.
The torch can work for multiple jobs beyond sous vide, including BBQ and other outdoor uses.
Customer service can provide a replacement unit quickly after the spark stops working.
The promo code can fail to apply or stop working, which can kill the deal.
The igniter can be fickle on these cheaper torches and may take longer to light.
The listing images can appear AI-generated, which can reduce confidence in what arrives.
The torch can arrive as a used return instead of new condition.
