Not a terrible battery capacity for the price. I've had one of these Gotrax R7's for 3 or 4 months now and have spent all day riding around my town with my kids who also have electric bikes and have never killed the battery on it. Not even close, the worst day I finished out still had two bars of battery on it and I had driven 40+ mi that day.
