I found the email from 5/15 stating the $20 credit, which will expire on 9/15/2026. Not sure where I can find this in my account though.

I waited a month to see if the credit arrived, but it did not. I had to contact chat to get it applied to my account. I did received an email the same day my order shipped saying the promo was applied to my account- but it never showed in any orders since then. I had a $30 for $100 promo which did get applied just fine, so not sure why this one didn't.
