Decent for a quick deploy carwash?

100 doesn't seem like a stellar deal, pretty normal for the specs.

Weak specs - 2000 psi and 1.1 GPM
Only 3 nozzles
Probably best for car washing!
Most Pressure Washers can only reach 80% of max pressure, even lower when using soap siphon hose

Most pressure washers have these specs because they're using the same type of motor. If you can only draw under 15 Amps on a 120v circuit, you need a brushless or induction motor. Those are commonly $350+ and last longer and have more gpm and more power, just are far less common.

Would you recommend any pressure washer in this $350+ price range?

Sure, it'll wash cars fine. To be honest though, I don't know why people use pressure washers to wash cars. I don't think I have exceptionally high water pressure and it seems like with a decent wand/nozzle is plenty strong enough. If you have low water pressure, I get it, but it just seems like overkill. A unit with these specs will clean pavement but will only do a very small area at a time. Probably decent for washing windows and siding.
