"Valley Forge is proud to make F.M.A.A. certified flags. U.S. law requires every American flag to be labeled with its country of origin. Look for the certified made in U.S.A. label, which verifies that your flag has been made in the United States with materials that are domestic in origin and that all processes in every step of its manufacturing were completed in U.S. facilities with U.S. labor."
Community Reviews
This Valley Forge flag kit is a compact, USA made option that includes the pole, bracket, and mounting hardware, with free shipping making the $10 price feel straightforward. The listing and product description emphasize domestic materials and U.S. manufacturing, and the kit is described as a 3 piece steel pole with a cotton poly flag that is color fast, tear resistant, and fast drying. The main knocks are that the hardware and bracket feel cheap, and the polycotton flag is better suited to holiday weekends than heavy rain or wind. It is a simple patriotic setup if you want an inexpensive, short term display.

BTW the pole and mounting hardware are not made in the USA.
"Yes, it is made in the USA. But, it's workmanship is nothing to be proud of."
also pretty hilarious they can put "Made in the USA" on a product, when only the crappy nylon printed flag is made in the USA... the plastic eagle and garbage pole/mount are all from China.
but sure... "as it should be!!!" or whatever.

a) kit is 100% made in the USA
b) It's a cotton poly blend
c) steel pole, 3 pieces
d) color fast, tear resistant, and fast drying, tested for its strength, durability, lasting color, and fly ability.
"This PVC bagged U.S. flag kit comes complete with a 3'x5' grommeted polycotton U.S flag, 6' 3-piece steel pole and a 3/4" bracket. Flag Kit is 100% made in the U.S.A."
Also, it's $10, what more are you expecting? And Lowe's will price match if you find a lower price.
USA! USA!

Well, I guess you can order a flag through your specific Congressperson's site at house.gov... The cost seems to be the same regardless of your jusridiction.
