But... Aren't most deodorants aluminum free? As far as I've seen aluminum is only an ingredient in antiperspirants, which this is not.

Exactly. It seems many use the terms interchangeably and don't understand the difference. As a dude that gets super sweaty, especially in the underarms, yeah, aluminum free isn't going to cut it. (Personally, Arm & Hammer is the only cheaper Antiperspirant that works the best for me)

Update: Just completed my second day with it. Smells great but unfortunately doesn't seem to mask for prevent any BO. Great for the first hour or two, horrible by lunch time. Will be going back to Axe or Degree aluminum free
