The reputation and issues reported about MorningSave make this a "pass". I love the deal, but it is definitely not worth the likely issues and problems.

Does anyone have experience with this?

I bought a KitchenAid and dislike that it does a bad job of mixing ingredients at the bottom of the bowl. Any hand mixer would do a better job.

I don't use mine heavily, maybe once or twice a month, but it's been great so far. Bought Oct 2021. Haven't tried any Cuisinart attachments for it, but I have used the Kitchenaid cheese grater with it.

There is an online repair and upgrade service for the KitchenAid mixer called Mr Mixer. I highly recommend reaching out to them, or perusing their product offerings because the problem you're having is fixed with a very inexpensive kit. The KitchenAid mixer is serviceable and repairable, and even upgradable. You don't need to buy $150 Cuisinart. You need to adjust your ball height, and it can absolutely be adjusted.

If you have the tilt head mixer and it's too high, screw this one in clockwise bit by bit and test, Mr Mixer mentions a "dime test" by putting a dime and seeing if you're at the right level where you push the dime but don't hit the bottom scratching it. It's very adjustable. There are no FRU tied to Cuisinart that I'm aware of which is a risk of purchasing..
