Should be fine, I've used costco purchases in the past, I just filled one out for the 3/1/26-5/10/26.

This is nice to stack with other $15 off $50 deals if you can at Amazon or Target (but be careful with submission in case they need you to spend $50 after other discounts).

You have to spend $50 after discounts. If it shows on your receipt that dollars came off (store coupons, manufacturer coupons, dollars off, percent off, etc) it will count against the item cost. It has to be before tax too. For example the common Target promo of $15/$50 when ordered online will prorate that $15 off across all items. Online target does put clipped manufacturer circle dollars off at the bottom of the receipt so those aren't as obvious. In store it might show under each item it matches to, not sure.
It doesn't have to be one receipt. Last one I did I used 3.
