Usually not.
I used to keep 2 accounts for Sam's. I would never renew, and instead the other account would be eligible for a new membership at discount.
My old store was always poorly stocked with beef, and the snack bar was either closed early or just out of snacks I wanted, so I just gave up on them entirely. So maybe this trick doesn't work any longer. But it's worth a try.

In that case, you can try signing up as a new member using a new email address and a new phone number (you can use a Google Voice number, which you can get for free). I did the same because my membership expired less than a year ago.

Sorry to hear that. If you're having issues with your Google Voice number, you can get a cheap number for around $5 from Lyca Mobile: https://www.lycamobile.us/en/23-u...-campaign/ and then try using a new email and this new lyca number.
