Coleman sundomes are great, light use tents. Not hiking tents by any means, but I loved my 4-person which is perfect for two plus all your gear for weekend campouts.

These things get dark. I saw one the last time I went camping. It was also pretty hot. I prefer the ones that go in 10x10 canopies.

What do you think about the price for the 4 person? It's not a super sale like the 6 but I don't need something that large.

Does anyone know how much this normally is? Looking to get into camping as a young family so looking for a tent that could last for years to come

I've had this exact tent for 5+ years and it's still going strong. I love the blackout tent tech so much, I'd never buy another tent without it. (Whether Colman or other brand.)

Keeps tent cooler. Also allows for actually sleeping in later - especially great for music festivals, if that's your jam.

Hard to imagine it sleeping 6. We usually just sleep 2, but definitely would have room for 2 more if needed.

$120 seems a bit steep for this tent, but I'd probably get it again over other tents in that price range that aren't blackout tents.

Around $175-$180 on various retailers. I've been looking at these tents extensively the last 2 weeks.

Curious if anyone else had trouble getting this tent. I've ordered 2x and 2x they have sent me a 3 person tent instead of the 6 person black out tent.
